Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Helpdesk Support professional to join our team. This role involves providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level contact and support for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Guide customers through problem-solving processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work in a shifting rotation and be available for longer hours when needed.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems, both software and hardware.
- Basic understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus.
- With Cloud Experience is a MUST
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
