Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of freight forwarding services
2. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
3. Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
4. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base
5. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address clients freight and logistics needs
6. Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
7. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
8. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
9. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Required skills and qualifications

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
2. Superb leadership ability
3.Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
4. Proven customer support and sales experience preferably in the freight forwarding business or related industry
5. Strong phone contact handling skills
6. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
