Job Description
Monitoring of annual budget.
In charge of updating books of account.
In charge of the banking needs and payment of government remittances.
Assist Accounting Officer with the preparation and issuance of accounting documents such as Sales Invoice, Collection Receipt and Official Receipt.
Assist in conducting accurate annual physical count together with the warehouse personnel.
Perform clerical duties such as sorting and filing.
Perform other duties or tasks as required, that may or may not be related to your job title or job item as Accounting Assistant that are assigned to you from time to time.
*Shift Schedule
Monday to Friday - 8:00AM to 5:45 PM
Saturday - 8:00AM to 12:00 Noon
