Job Description
- Licensed Engineer or Architect
- With at least 3 years related experience in the construction industry, both horizontal and vertical projects
- Preferably with 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer for Architectural/Structural Works.
- Knowledgeable in construction methods and systems specific to the trade.
- Knowledgeable in project scheduling, resource loading, and trade work productivity rates.
- Knowledgeable in engineering (specific trade such as Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary, FirePro, CSA) codes and standards.
- Able to read, comprehend and interpret plans and drawings
- Knowledgeable of MS Office applications, AutoCAD and other related applications
- With leadership qualities, results-drive and people-oriented
- With above-average communication and coordination skills
- With good planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills
