Job Description
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in college
· With BPO experience
· At least 5 years Training Management experience
· Experience in Managing Trainers for at least 5 years
· Able to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays as needed
· Able to work onsite
· Must have Banking Capital Market Experience
