Job Description
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in any field and have 1-2 years of experience in banking or finance, preferably with sales experience. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, and a background in relationship and account management is required. Familiarity with acquiring practices and exposure to the banking or finance industry are also desirable qualifications.
Responsibilities as a Bank Sales Associate encompass managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new merchants, addressing the specific requirements of assigned merchants, supporting company promotions and initiatives, evaluating potential merchant partnerships, conducting regular visits to ensure merchant satisfaction, and reviewing billing performance while submitting analysis reports.
