Call Center Agent in - Bacolod (up to Php27300 package)

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently looking for fluent English speakers to join their team as customer service representatives at their Bacolod location. The positions are available for start dates in either May or June 2024. The hiring process consists of a one-day procedure that will be conducted after an initial phone call.

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements: a minimum age of 18 years, a high school diploma or completion of senior high school, and preferably some college experience. Prior call center experience is not mandatory, but ALS graduates should have at least 6 months of BPO experience. Candidates must also be willing to work on-site during the graveyard shift and on a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers by addressing their needs and concerns and providing appropriate solutions. This will involve following company and client policies and processes, understanding customer requirements, clarifying information, and delivering accurate solutions. Building rapport with customers and going the extra mile to engage them will be crucial. Proper documentation and maintaining productivity will also be part of your duties. There may be opportunities for sales activities, and meeting set targets will be expected. It's important to note that this is a full-time position.
