Job Description
• Check and review system and accounting entries
• Daily accounting transactions, monthly and yearly closing of accounts
• Booking and posting of receipts.
• Account Receivables (AR) / Official Receipts (OR) Monitoring
• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliation and reports.
• Remittance of VAT output and input.
• Administers the monthly float report.
• Tax filing and payment with its corresponding alpha list
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents on annual audit and tax filing matters
• Ensure compliance with BIR, IC and SEC laws.
• Filing of BIR 1604-CF, BIR 1604-E and other annual BIR dues.
• Assists in the preparation of Insurance Commission requirements.
• Provide supporting documents and accounts schedule during internal and external audits
• Reports directly and provides the necessary support to the department head
• Perform other duties as required to support the department
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
• Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking or equivalent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must be customer oriented
• Pays excellent attention to detail
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics
