Job Description
2. To always ensure the correctness of the SOs made (customer name, shipping, billing, et. al)
3. To give assistance to Sales Managers (SMs) with other concerns (customer returns, prices, &
current inventory information, et. Al)
4. To give feedback to SMs the status of their orders
5. To assist walk-in customers
6. To suggest the best alternative products for sold out items to SMs and other customers
7. To monitor unserved orders
8. To answer phone inquiries
9. To file all pertinent documents to the respective dockets (CSAF, COF, POs, et. Al)
10. Any tasks assigned by the CS3 Head for time to time

- 15.000,00 ₱ Monthly
