Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Front End Developer with over 5 years of experience who can take the lead on developing highly responsive and interactive web interfaces. The successful candidate will have a strong background in modern JavaScript frameworks and a proven track record in building and maintaining complex front-end systems in the eCommerce and financial sectors.

Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications, ensuring they meet our high standards for performance and user experience.
- Utilise Angular2+, RxJS, and TypeScript to enhance the functionality of our fleet management platforms, incorporating features such as real-time tracking and interactive maps.
- Work closely with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Provide mentorship to junior front-end developers and lead by example in code reviews and best practice discussions.
- Proactively seek out new technologies and frameworks to improve our web applications and user interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on performance and reusability. Ensure all code written and reviewed is of high quality, including robust testing and documentation. 

Who are we looking for?
- Bachelors degree in Physics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in JavaScript and related technologies are a plus
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Advanced knowledge of React, Angular 2+, Redux, Material UI, and other modern JS libraries.
- Experience with building tools such as gulp.js, Webpack, and proficiency with CSS preprocessors like SASS/SCSS.
- Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Jest for JavaScript testing.
-Familiarity with WebSocket for real-time bidirectional communication.
-Experience working in Agile development environments and proficiency with tools such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
- Fluency in English, with strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
