Job Description
We are in need of TRADE MARKETING SUPERVISOR!!

WORK LOCATION : Royal Goldcraft, Bldg 4, Lower Magsaysay Road, Brgy. San Antonio, San Pedro, Laguna
WORK SCHEDULE : Monday to Thursday - 8am-6pm, Friday - 8am-5pm (Compressed week)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget
- Developing of viable marketing plans and programs for offering competitive pricing, conceptualizing, implementing tailor-fitted promotional efforts for all brands
- Finds the promotional regions’ strong and weak points and suggests improvements to performance
- Analyzes market situation, changes and factors contributing to situation which may affect company objectives
- Ensures the promotion and advertising are carried out according to customer potentials and needs
- Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected
- Use market intelligence and customer insight and analysis to increase understanding of our audiences and effectiveness of our campaigns
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
KEY RESULTS REQUIRED:
- Customer attrition rate low and retention rate high
- Sales Revenue (target vs. achieve)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (total sales & marketing investment vs. no. of customer acquired)
- Average order value (AOV)
- Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) - ex. Php 100 earning for every Php 50 spent on advertising campaign, meaning ROAS is 100:50.
EDUCATION AND TRAININGS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing
- Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Must have strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent understanding of subscriptions marketing including retention, acquisition, in life marketing
- Business savvy with strong analytical skills
- Solid customer-service attitude
