Job Description
Your Role:
The Team Lead oversees the production process—from creation, development, and delivery of projects—for SEO Team.
What you will do:
Understanding client’s business needs, job orders, production briefs, and clarifying issues and concerns prior to starting work
Checking and proofreading to ensure all completed copywriting orders comply with industry standards and client requirements
Addressing team concerns and issues such as attendance-related offenses, shift scheduling, and overall team dynamics
Mentoring, teaching, motivating, and continuously giving feedback to new hires
Regularly communicating with internal and external clients to provide status updates
Monitoring all clients’ Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensuring they are met during every shift

Qualifications:
At least 2 years supervisory experience.
Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of creative work.
Solid understanding of SEO (Content)
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a design team.
Willing to work in night shifting schedule
