Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Maintain chart of accounts
• Oversee books of accounts
• Review trial balance and accounts reconciliation
• Perform month-end closing cycle
• Prepare monthly financial statements and related schedules
• Collaborate with the Finance Officer in preparing management reports
• Collaborate with other groups and departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support
• Taxes computation and reporting
• Assist the Finance officer to coordinate with the external auditors for the Annual Financial statements’ preparation
• Prepare other government regulatory requirements
• Participate in special projects as assigned by the management

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with bookkeeping, general accounting and Tax preparation is preferred.
