Warehouse Associate

General Description.

This position is responsible in encoding all inbound, outbound and inventory data/information accurately and timely in SAP and/or Warehousing Management System as well as actual receiving and issuance of materials.

Specific Accountabilities.

To encode and post accurate data and maintain the integrity of information at all times.
To extract accurate and timely inventory data in conformance with customer and company requirements.
To prepare and submit accurate and timely reports required by management and customers.
To properly file, update and maintain all company records/documents.
To received and issue materials based on required documents by customer.
To perform other duties is required.

Skills Required.

Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written.
Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (MS Word Excel and PowerPoint)
Customer and Service Orientation
SAP Experience is an advantage

Qualifications.

College Graduate of any 4 years course.
At least 1 year working experience in inventory and warehouse systems.
Background in WMS and exceed system is required.
Knowledge in handling Telecommunications Product is an advantage.
Willing To be assigned in PLDT - CAINTA (G/F Pldt Bldg., Marcos Highway, Cainta)
