Job Description
• Great Communication Skills (Verbal- Non-Verbal)
• Atleast 1-2 years experience in Outbound Customer Service
• Must have own Laptop & fast Internet Connection
• Must have a background of Customer service booking, reservation or travel account
• Can reach Monthly Quota
• Must have own laptop
Job Description:
• Call failed booking/transaction attempts from Guest in various hotel/s assigned
• Attain Target conversion set by the team lead /or immediate supervisor
• Ensure to study and continuesly learn the hotel information and its area for knowledge on guest inquiries
• Coordinate if necessary to hotel point person
• Achieve monthly quota
• Email, Chat, or Call guest for assistance with inquiries or transaction
• Customer Service
