Accounts Payable Analyst (Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking)
Location: Mandaluyong City (hybrid)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: Up to Php 120,000, dependent on years of relevant experience

A Global Engineering Consultancy Firm currently establishing their Shared Services Operations in the Philippines is looking for a Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking Accounts Payable Analyst to be part of their pioneer team.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Receive, review and process invoices and staff reimbursement
 Identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors, subconsultants and employees
 Process monthly accruals and prepayments
 Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
 Ensure compliance with global standard policies and procedures.

Qualifications/ skills required:
 Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
 At least 4 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting
 Must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
 Experience with JDE and Concur is an advantage but not required
 Must have Excellent English communication skills.
