Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Establishes, maintains and grows relationship with bank partners.
• Acts as the sales and marketing officer for the area assigned.
• Ensures that targets are met for the whole region and specific partner branches
• Performs client presentations and conducts closing of businesses for the company.
• Takes care of the after sales servicing of the existing clients
• Monitors and assists team members on branch engagement and sales goal attainment

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree
• Work experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred for this position
• Must be self-driven and highly motivated
• With good interpersonal and communication skills
