Project and Business Development Officer

Provide trainings and guidance to PBD assistants in conducting research, project studies, data analysis, product packaging, presentations, financial modeling, project monitoring and evaluation.
Ensure that the tasks and deliverables of the PBD assistant and project team members are accurate, quality and on time.
Conducts research work and prepares project feasibility studies including financial runs of potential projects to be implemented by the Company, and organizes project presentations and negotiations.
Assist in land acquisition by conducting technical due diligence, prepares financial runs, and project brief components with complete findings and recommendations.
Participates in project planning and ensures the accuracy of the concept design, schematic design, design development and Financial construction drawings.
Assist in securing necessary permits in the project implementation and handles legal documents with extreme care.
