JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Team Leadership:
-Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Sales Operations:
-Manage the sales pipeline and ensure efficient lead
generation, qualification, and conversion.
Client Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients,
partners, and stakeholders.
Revenue Growth:
-Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to
drive revenue growth.
Financial Management:
-Prepare and manage the sales department budget.
Reporting and Analytics:
-Generate regular sales reports and analytics to assess
progress toward goals and objectives.
Compliance and Ethics:
-Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with all
relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of sales leadership, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets of 100 Million-1 Billion Pesos or more.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and competitive landscapes.
