Your Key Responsibilities
Recruit top candidates for various roles. These roles are for RPO or healthcare accounts.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments. Do this to ensure the best fit for both candidates and clients.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Needed Qualifications
You need at least three years of recruiting experience. It's best if it's in RPO or healthcare accounts.
At least two years of college education.
Excellent English communication skills.
