Calculate the diesel consumption per trip of drivers based on accurate records and data
Maintained a detailed and up-to-date database of diesel consumption for each vehicle and trip
Accurately encode and record data related to trips, including trip details, driver information, vehicle data and diesel consumption
Ensure that all data is entered promptly and without errors into the company's database or records system
Receive diesel deliveries and ensure that the quantity of the received diesel meet the company's standards
Issue lubricants to drivers based on the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) of the vehicles
Maintain a comprehensive record of lubricants issued to each vehicle, ensuring that it aligns with the PMS requirements
Monitor and manage the inventory of diesel and lubricants, ensuring that adequate supplies are available for the operational needs
Report any discrepancies or shortage in the inventory to the relevant authority
Generate regular reports on diesel consumption, trip data and lubricants issued.
Provide timely and accurate reports to the management or the designated authority for decision-making and analysis
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations and environmental standards in handling and storing diesel and lubricants
Maintain compliance with government regulations related to fuel and lubricant management
Monitor the quality of diesel and lubricants received and stored, reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
Collaborate closely with the operations team, drivers and other relevant departments to ensure efficient fuel and lubricant management
Address any inquiries or concerns from drivers regarding diesel or lubricant issues
Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions related to diesel consumption, lubricants issued and trip data
Ensure that records are easily accessible for auditing purposes
Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling diesel and lubricants to prevent accidents and spills
Implement environmentally friendly practices in the storage and usage of fuel and lubricants
Identify areas for process improvement in diesel and lubricant management and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations and technological advancements related to diesel and lubricant management
Provide training and guidance to drivers and other staff on fuel and lubricant-related matters when necessary
