Job Description

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role who will be responsible for the Management and implementation of internal projects including but not limited to compliance working papers and various internal procedures such as workflow management. Standardization of service package to be provided to clients;

Implementation of strategic initiatives such as new software as and when required. Take an active role in guiding, coaching, and mentoring junior staff.
Doing the following preparation of tax returns including individuals, partnerships, companies, Trusts and Self Managed Super Funds
Management and implementation of internal projects including but not limited to:
Standardization of compliance working papers and various internal procedures such as workflow management;
Standardization of service package to be provided to clients;
Implementation of strategic initiatives such as new software as and when required.
Assist the leadership team to manage workflow and ensure jobs are delivered on budget and within agreed timeframes
Take ownership of assigned work and follow through with Partners and Managers to ensure
high quality outcomes for clients
Liaise with clients via phone and email
Identify opportunities to add value to existing clients
Be proactive in identifying and discussing solutions to problems
Assist in and take the lead in advisory projects
Take an active role in guiding, coaching and mentoring junior staff
Delegate work to junior staff. Review completed work, providing timely feedback to staff
members to assist with their development within the organisation
Provide on the job training to members of the team and/or firm as and when required
Look for opportunities to improve ECSK the business, team members and client satisfaction
Identify roadblocks or impediments to achieving desired business outcomes and provide
feedback to Managers and Partners
General Correspondence to clients regarding Taxation Matters.
Answering phones.
Attending to incoming and outgoing mail.
Document scanning/filing.
Preparation of Income Tax Returns and associated Schedules for our clients when required.
Maintenance of ASIC company register for clients, including checking and forwarding ASIC
annual company statements, lodgement of ASIC forms and managing outstanding debts.
Assisting with internal projects including providing other general assistance where needed.

Qualifications
College graduate, preferably with Degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Financial Management or the like.
3-5 years prior experience in public practice accounting for Australian Clients
Proficiency in Xero, utilizing the ATO portal and Bookeeping
Experience in AU Taxation and Compliance
Experience Preparing BAS returns
Experience preparing Tax Returns
Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers.
Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills.
Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls.
Superior organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly.
Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience novate and propose new processes that will help in improving efficiency.
Salary:
45.000,00 ₱ Monthly
