Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver top-notch customer service to clients. It applies to the Retail Sales Perfume and Candles account.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Needed Qualifications
High school graduate (old curriculum) or ALS graduate.
One year of BPO experience.
Excellent communication skills.
