Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Follow up on customer interactions and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not always required.
Patience and empathy towards customers.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work morning shift, including PH holidays, if necessary.
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
