Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

The eLearning developer uses the available eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360) to create engaging online learning modules and interactive online exams.
Support senior courseware designers and receive design instructions from them to achieve the best outcome of the module.
Produce creative assets (ex. Research for best images from company's stock library, derive images/graphics from our animation software, text-to-speech audio) needed for the module.
Perform basic Learning Management System (Oracle HR Cloud) tasks, such as deploying completed training output and generating training reports.
Comply with company Brand guidelines for design and content

Qualifications and requirements:

Knowledge and experience:
2- 3 to years of experience in designing eLearning modules.
Fast learner and comfortable with reading technical materials that make up the training content.
Nice to have but not required: some familiarity with agile working practices and the ADDIE Instructional Design principle.

Technical skills:
Intermediate skills in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360.
Basic skills in Learning Management System administration (preferably Oracle LMS or similar systems).
Basic familiarity with graphics and visual design for eLearning
Basic familiarity with eLearning module design (storyboarding and module development)
Advantage: Familiarity or basic knowledge of Camtasia, Vyond, and Adobe CC.

Very comfortable to work with colleagues from different cultures across different time zones and seniority levels.
Provable strong abilities to self-manage and organize for work efficiency and effectiveness.

Schedule:
Willing to work on the night shift (flexible; with core hours of 9 PM to 6 AM), Monday to Friday except Philippine holidays.
Able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and conducive space for work, but also willing to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City if required (dependent on candidate’s location)
