Job Description
1. Respond to all health and medical concerns to employees and workers, dispense necessary first aid and refer to Doctor as needed for appropriate action. Facilitate Fit to Work Clearance.
2. Establish procedure and ensure implementation of appropriate response to possible/confirmed COVID-19 employee/worker per DOH/LGU guidelines.
3. To monitor and evaluate Daily Health Declaration Form all personnel connected to Alsons Dev Business Operation. Contribute in promulgating health programs to amid COVID-19 Pandemic.
4. Conducting random visual checking for the employees/workers to ensure and observe that the flu-like symptoms is free within the working area.
5. To provide basic healthcare services to all employees, workers and contractors. This includes administering first aid where needed and evaluating employees, workers and contractors overall health.
6. Data gathered must be coordinated regularly.
7. To properly monitor first aid and medicine kits issued by Alsons Dev and properly maintain office/onsite clinics.
8. To assists the employee that needed to be brought in the hospital.
9. To assists in Safety & health protocols, promotion, and implementation of health programs.
10. Assist in the preparation and review of Social Security System (SSS)/Employees Compensation (EC forms) and requirements for confined employees.
11. Assist in the conduct of Annual Physical Examination with third party service provider. Facilitate in the assessment of results with Company Physician and management of employee health.
12. Conducts health assessment and issues clearances to employees in the absence of the Physician.
13. Maintains medical and other related records of all employees.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a Registered Nurse must be a Certified Occupational Safety & Health Officer for Construction or Real Estate Developer. With atleast three to four years working experience as a company nurse, implementation and monitoring; has very good interpersonal, leadership, oral and written communication skills; can work well under pressure and less supervision; has driving skills and driver’s license; computer literate, trustworthy.
