Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Search for qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Create and send recruiting emails
- Maintain candidate database and build a talent pipeline
- Create and present monthly sourcing report
- Reseach and recommend current sourcing and recruiting trends
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System
- knows how to use zoom
- Can headhunt in any portals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft excel or spreadsheet
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Psychology
- Knowledge in using social media platforms, LinkedIn, and job portals
- Amendable to work in Makati or QC
- Stable and reliable internet connection at home
- Must be willing to work on a day shift
- Must be knowledgeable in computers.
