Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
•College Graduate with or without experience
•Completed 2 years in College with 6 months of customer service-related experience (preferably 1 year of BPO experience)
•Excellent English communication skills
•Good interpersonal skills
•Analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good comprehension skills
•Basic knowledge of MS Office
•Willing to work on weekends and holidays

SALARY:
Upon hire:
18k basic pay + 4k premium allowance + 1k flex fund allowance
Other benefits:
-20% Night differential
-HMO coverage for employees upon Day 1 and HMO dependent upon certification
