Job Description
Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, or related field required
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, or spa setting
Proficiency in a variety of spa treatments and massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the position
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, body wraps, and scrubs, in accordance with established protocols and standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Promote spa products and services to guests, providing information and recommendations as needed
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of spa products and supplies, and participate in inventory management activities
