Job Description
- Must have at least 6 Months Technical Support Experience via Phone, E-mail or Chat Support.
- Experience with SaaS based company as a Customer and Technical Support is a PLUS.
- Experience and exposure on automation software/services like, IFTTT, , Parabola, Zapier, Make, etc. is a PLUS.
- API Integration experience is a PLUS.
- Background with IT related work experiences focusing on software and cloud technology is a PLUS.
- Programming language proficiencies is a PLUS.
- Exposure to Salesforce, CRM product and Salesforce Field is a PLUS.
- Strong client interfacing skills.
- Ability to work in globally distributed team environment, liaising with on-site teams and customers

- 25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
