Job Description
Dispatching and checking of meats total kilos, sticker per tag, meat quality every
loading at the meat van for outlets.
Double check the meats delivered to outlets if complete.
Check completeness of displayed meats.
Audit the Cash Beginning and Petty Cash of Store Supervisors.
Change prices in meatshops and coordinate with grocery in-charge for
concession accounts. Company document has to be “received” and “signed” by
the Team Leader or mall concessionaire in-charge as proof that the changes was
done.
Bring memos for outlets & groceries for employees to sign. The same document
has to brought back to HR-OIC ASAP.
Check the sales report of outlets & groceries.
Check cleanliness of outlets, note electrical issues, etc.
