Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch help to our clients, addressing inquiries related to our Printer account.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues.
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service. Contribute to a positive work environment.
Needed Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
B1 / Excellent Comms
At least one year of customer service experience (BPO / Non-BPO)
