Data Analyst

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports and meaningful insights.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Design and develop visually appealing dashboards, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate data-driven insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and generate custom reports as requested by stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across different systems.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Exerts best effort that the Quality Objectives are met; implements and/or carryout quality improvement activities and functions as Data - Analyst as may be formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or by the executive management.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
2. Graduate of any 4-year Business or Information Technology course preferably BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
3. Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and methodologies is preferred.
4. Strong proficiency in data analysis, data manipulation, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power Query, etc.).
5. Familiarity with CRM, and Reporting Interfaces. (e.g. various reporting platforms, salesforces, etc.).
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Good in written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex information and collaborate with stakeholders.
