- Assist project managers that usually perform administrative duties, such as organizing and maintaining the project documents, updating the digital database, and helping to manage the project's budget, along with basic duties, such as setting up phone calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish by helping with planning and execution.
- Often work on larger, complex tasks to assist more experienced Project Managers or closely collaborate with another team member who can provide guidance when needed.
