Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the drafting and review of contracts and service agreements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Coordination of Contract Requests: Coordinate the drafting and review of contracts and agreements, including supplier contracts, distribution agreements, and service level agreements, ensuring completion within established timelines. Work closely with the legal and compliance teams on contract requests.

Contract Execution and Management: Facilitate the execution of contracts, track their progress, and manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle. Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure process is moving forward.

Database and Records Compliance: Maintain database / portal of all contracts. Ensure all related documentation is saved, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audits and reviews.

Performance Monitoring: Assist with the monitoring and evaluation of the performance of contracts, ensuring terms are met.

Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in contract coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution processes and regulatory requirements preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
Must have experience tracking the progress of tasks and projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
