Job Description

Functions:

Lead and mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with product managers to define acceptance criteria and understand user scenarios.
Review and improve existing test strategies and processes.
Investigate and implement new testing tools and methodologies.
Provide technical leadership in testing and contribute to improving product quality. Expectation for the first 6 months
Familiarize with the squad / product supported, AGILE practices and the standardized testing processes.
Can create Test Analysis based on requirements, incorporating the minimum standard and guidelines set by the QA department.
Leads / assists the TAAS in test preparation, test execution and test reporting.
Started to create test automation scripts

Qualifications:

4-7 years of experience in software development or QA roles.
Strong experience in agile environments and in leading quality initiatives.
Advanced understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Exceptional soft skills, including communication, leadership, and collaboration.

Desirable Skills/Good To Haves:

Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.).
Design, implement and maintain basic test automation frameworks.
