Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service.
Handle incoming calls.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications:
Completed at least two years of college
Three months to one year of call center experience
