Parts and Service Supervisor

Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or any 4 year related course.
• Has experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
• Must possess planning, and management skills knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
• a Driver's License is preferred but not required.
• Willing to be assigned at JMC Pickups Davao Showroom- Panacan, Davao City.
Job Description
• Shall be in charge of making and generating repair orders.
• Coordinate closely with Astara Philippines with regards to Warranty Repairs (approvals, pending status, denial) .
• Interact with customers to manage their expectations, meet their service needs and ensure their total satisfaction.
• Conducts spot audits at the parts warehouse to count actual stock on hand versus in inventory list.
• Primary point person to handle parts and accessories ordering and standard free items for all vehicle releases (tint, floor matting, etc).
• Monitors stocking levels and classifies parts into fast-moving, etc.
• Makes recommendations as to GM as to stocking level of parts, new/potential products to market and carry .
• Prepares and prints Parts Orders, furnish copy of the same to Parts Warehouse Staff and Accounting.
• Ensures the proper safekeeping and working order of all tools and equipment inside the workshop and makes timely recommendation to management regarding the upkeep and replacement (if applicable) of such.
• Make recommendation to management with regards to upgrades of equipment and adding personnel, as the operation needs change.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month.
