Job Description
Receiving/Dispatch Staffis responsible for actual receiving and dispatch or delivery of items/products to maintain correct inventory while ensuring safe and accurate transfer of items/products to the proper department.
Role Accountability:
o Correct count and description of merchandise being received and delivered based on delivery receipt, receiving report and purchase order.
o Safe handling of items while being transferred from one place to another.
o Ensure all transactions are well coordinated with concerned unit/s.
Job Specification:
o Educational Attainment
o Preferably, but not necessary,a graduate of secondary education or vocational course
o Work Experience
o At least 6 months of related work experience
