Job Description
Check making and issuance of payables to suppliers.
Receiving of dispatch of documents and items from Sinawal, LTLM Outlets,
LTLM Davao and distribute to designated owners.
Preparation of Purchase Order Slip.
In-charge of collection of receivables from customers. (FRIDAY - COLLECTION
DAY)
Preparing of Collection Report that summarizes the cash and checks collected
and are already deposited.
Preparation of dispatch of documents/items to Sinawal and all LTLM outlets.
Submit A/R Report to Sir Richard Chua
Submit Average Sales Report to Sir Richard Chua
In-charge of quarterly encoding of Sales and Purchases of outlets to Relief Data
Entry and e-submission to BIR.
In-charge of quarterly encoding of Expanded Withholding Tax Certificate to
Alphalist Data Entry, sorting of certificates in 4 sets, scanning, summarizing and
e-submission to the BIR.
Perform other duties as required by the top management from time to time.
