Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Years of clinical experience in surgical nursing, [Y] years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in surgical care.
Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) preferred.
