 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
 Follow and achieve individual and store’s quota on a monthly basis
 “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
 Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas
 Consistently monitor the flow of stocks needed by the store and ensure the availability of all fast moving items at all time.
 Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
 Cross sell products
 Handle customer complaints
 Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
 Comply with inventory control procedures
 Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
 Abides by the rules, policies, & procedures set by the company
 Attends any meetings where her attendance may be required by the Head Office
 Is courteous & helpful to superiors and co-workers, especially new employees
 Generate accurate and complete reports on time as per set deadlines
