We design medical examination packages to meet the health requirements of cruise lines and passenger vessels for hotel and restaurant crew members and bulk carriers and tankers for technical crew members. We assist manning agencies facilitate deployment thru our expeditious pre-employment medical examination process. We collaborate with principals in developing pre-employment medical examination programs aimed at reducing the incidence of medical repatriation. We work with industry stakeholders to improve the health of Filipino sailors and overseas contract workers.

Job Description
-Graduate of BS Medical Technology
-Passed the Medical Laboratory Licensure Examination
-Trained in Manual Operations for Drug Testing
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Prepares specimen for analysis.
-Examines, process, and analyzes specimen for drug testing and alcohol testing.
-Interprets, records, releases and signs out laboratory results.
-Assists in the implementation of quality assurance program.
-Assists in the evaluation of reagents, supplies and equipment.
-Refers to the Chief Medical Technologist / Laboratory Coordinator as the need arises.
-Sends specimen positive for certain drug metabolites to an accredited confirmatory drug test laboratory with the appropriate requirements needed.
-Appropriately trains and supervises Authorized Specimen Collector.
-Ensures all drug testing logbooks are properly filled up and updated.
-Ensures sufficiency and timely validation of drug test kits.
-Ensures regular uploading/submission of results to the Drug Testing Management Information System
