Job Description
• Preferably with Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Management Accounting or any business related field;
• At least two (2) years relevant experience as Accounting Staff handling bank reconciliation, bookkeeping and financial statements;
• With excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills;
• Has the ability to present accounting data in a clear and understandable manner; and
• Proficient in MS application such as Word, Excel and the like.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare monthly financial information according to requirements and deadlines;
• Maintains accounting records such as bank reconciliations, general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers;
• Compiles accounting and financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, or as otherwise requested;
• Records daily transactions in an accounting system, including purchases and sales transactions;
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the management
