Job Description
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate, tax, immigration, and labor law.
Must have a minimum of 5-years related work experience.
Knowledge of global data privacy laws
Well-versed in computer operation (word, outlook, excel, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
High Level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
Good organizational skills (ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously), flexible and outstanding attention to details.
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision from Superior.
Ability to collaborate and function well in a team environment.
Must be willing to do fieldwork, local and overseas travel may be required.
French or German language skills a plus
