The management of the company, headed by Chairman of the Board, Dr. Antonio Laperal Tamayo and President Anthony Jose Moran Tamayo, has consistently grown the company through a mixture of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Its swine production operation, which has now become its core competency, expanded with the acquisition of a new property in the CALABARZON area, specifically in Brgy. Burol, Calamba, Laguna. This development increased the company’s aggregate sow level now to 1600 sow level at the end of 2016. Further land acquisitions in Occidental Mindoro and Batangas has increased the company’s total land bank inventory, both owned and managed from 24 hectares at its inception in 1986 to an impressive 3,000 hectares to date. Today, the business successfully expanded its operations with its 37 Hectares Corn Plantation Project at Pangasinan and 20 Hectares at Lipa City, respectively. Subsequently, continuous expansion for its swine production operations is evident with the opening of the San Pablo Farm on December 08, 2016 set to the value of 1,600 Sow Level. TJ Enterprises Incorporated has a gross annual sale upwards of 300 Million pesos and is worth roughly 500 Million pesos in assets. At present, the company is headed by the Chairman of the Board, Dr./BGen. Antonio Laperal Tamayo, Mr. Anthony Jose M. Tamayo as the Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Robert Joseph S. Moran, Jr. Vice President, DALTA TJ Enterprises, Inc. Dr. Roland Cruz serves as Managing Consultant for Swine Operations, Mr. Edwin Sanchez, as Cattle Consultant, and managing and overseeing activities of the day-to-day operations is Mr. Randi M. Gabriel, General Manager.
