Job Description

Are you thrilled about delivering outstanding customer service? We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Taguig-McKinley.

Your Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Handle financial service inquiries and transactions. Show skill in navigating banking systems and money transfer processes.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards. Contribute to a positive work environment.

Needed Qualifications
At least six months of BPO/contact center experience
One year or more of solid customer service experience
We prefer candidates with financial services experience in a BPO Setup. We prefer candidates with experience working with banks, money transfers, and Moneygram accounts. It applies to any account except for local banks, regardless of whether it is a BPO setup.
