Job Description

Are you excited about providing top-notch customer service? We're looking for an energetic team member to join us. They will be a Customer Service Representative for our Travel and Hospitality Account. The job is in Pasig-Ortigas.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Delight our clients with exceptional customer service through both verbal and written communication.
Handle international customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure a seamless experience.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve service excellence.

Needed Qualifications:
At least a High School Graduate
I have 6-months of international customer service experience. It was in a BPO setting and was on a blended voice/non-voice account.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
