Carpenter (Taguig)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of Vocational courses/trade school and has obtained TESDA certification
- At least 3 years experience of all wood works, furniture, cabinets, fixtures, mason works, etc
- Must have required skills in his respective field.
- Must know how to interpret basic working drawings, lay-outs, plans
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Building Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry and finishing requirements on the building and personnel facilities
- Report to the supervisor major repairs or maintenance requirements of the building painting requirements for proper disposition
- Submit activity report to the supervisor
- Keep watch and take action to prevent or mitigate damage to the building and its facilities during emergency situations such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, power failures, and fire incidents
