Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in resolving inquiries related to collections and sales accounts.
- Provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive rapport.
Needed Qualifications:

- At least one year of BPO experience with a financial background of at least six months in Collections/Sales.
